Design Mechanical, Inc gave the best customer service imaginable. They responded in a timely manner and were very flexible in the time frame that was available for me to have the unit installed. They went above and beyond and answered all my questions about the unit. Words cannot express my pleasure with their service and customer service!! Five stars for sure!!
