Your Role and Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Technician or a Lead Installer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining comfort and reliability for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems
• Servicing air handlers, ductwork, ventilation systems, and condensate drains
• Diagnosing system issues and providing effective repair solutions
• Responding to service calls and emergency repair needs
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Documenting service activity and repairs 
• Communicating clearly with customers about system condition, repairs, and recommendations
• Helping customers improve system performance and efficiency

What You Bring to the Team

Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience for Service Technicians
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience for Lead Installers
• Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment
• EPA certification
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality service
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift and handle HVAC equipment
• Ability to run jobs from start to finish
